About Eva

001 Hi all! Welcome to Wonderlost. I’m Erin’s friend and fellow travel bud, Eva.

Erin and I went to the same college but didn’t cross paths until we were abroad together in London. We found that our love for travel and adventure (along with puppies, photography and tea time) meshed, and instantly hit it off. Since 2011, Erin and I have continued our friendship from London to college in Virginia to today – living in two different east coast cities; me in Boston and her in D.C.

Erin has openly and graciously shared the writing-reins and I am so happy to be contributing to her wonderful blog. Just like Erin, I love to write and travel and I look forward to sharing some travel-inspired perspective here on Wonderlost.

I wholeheartedly believe that traveling is the best way to feel. The spontaneous, free, joyous, curious, not knowing what’s around the corner feeling is the best. It lifts you up, opens your mind and makes you feel whole. We are very lucky to have the opportunity to learn from other people and cultures by immersing ourselves in everything they offer.
